Upload Your PictureSmile Transformations In Three Steps
Phase One: Personalized Consultation
Your first visit will include a custom consultation with our restorative team. Although we highly recommend dental implants for their longevity and ability to restore oral function and aesthetics, we’ll work closely with you to determine the best solution for your health, timeline, and budget. We’ll tailor our treatment plan to these measures and your unique personal and aesthetic goals. We can even offer you a sneak peek of your future smile using our virtual smile design technology!
We emphasize your consultation to ensure we set the right expectations and understand your needs and wants. If full-mouth dental implants are your ideal solution, we’ll capture a cone beam CT scan using our in-house RAYSCAN α+ CBCT to determine your candidacy. This imaging technology takes only 10 seconds to capture high-definition scans and show us the location of nerves and the density of your bone. Considering these factors, we’ll use specialized software to pre-plan your implant surgery, including the precise location, angle, and depth of each implant post. We’ll ensure you understand each step of your treatment plan before you leave and schedule your next visit to receive your dental implants.
Phase Two: Guided Implant Surgery
On the day of your dental implant surgery, we’ll welcome you in and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable in your private room. Treatment can be completed using local anesthetic alone. Still, to relieve any dental anxiety our patients have, we also offer oral sedation, nitrous oxide, and IV sedation right here in our office. Once you’re comfortable, we’ll begin.
We’re often able to combine multiple surgical treatments into one visit to minimize appointments and help you reach your new smile in less time. These may include tooth extractions or bone grafting. Once your treatment site is fully prepared, we’ll use our pre-planned surgical guide to place each dental implant into your jawbone precisely. These dental implants act as the foundation for your new bridge of teeth. When placed using our computer-guided implant surgery approach, we can offer more predictable and precise results and restore our patients’ lives long-term.
High-quality materials matter too. That’s why we use implants from trusted leaders in the industry like BioHorizons® and Nobel Biocare™, Z-systems zirconium implants and Hiossen implant systems. We’re also certified to offer proven treatment protocols they developed, including All-on-4®, which only requires four dental implants as the foundation for a full mouth rehabilitation. Treatment doesn’t end there, though.
In most cases, we can immediately fit you with a set of temporary teeth for you to use on the same day as your surgery! We often make this in-house and can customize them right in our office. You’ll leave with a complete and beautiful new smile!
Phase Three: Final, Confident Smile
Your smile will need three or more months to heal. During this time, each titanium dental implant post will form a lasting bond with your jawbone through a process called “osseointegration.” You’ll then return to our office to receive your final, custom-made, natural-looking bridge of new teeth. These will be permanently attached to your dental implants and then modified to your unique personality and facial aesthetics. You’ll leave with a functional smile and your ticket to a restored and unrestricted life!
Life-Changing Solutions Can Still Be Affordable
Full-mouth dental implants can truly transform your life. This treatment can reveal the complete menu you’ve missed, reinvigorate your relationships, and restore the lifestyle you may have thought was lost forever. However, the question you may be asking now is, “how much do dental implants cost?” We don’t want financial limitations to prevent you from restoring your oral health.
That’s why we partner with trusted third-party financing companies with low monthly payments and accept multiple insurance plans. We’ll help you take advantage of all your benefits have to offer and file insurance claims for your convenience. We know how hard it is to live with the constraints on your life. Our Patients Tell The Story Best
Alina
I had multiple issues with my dental needs, because I had cancer and doing chemo I lost a lot of the bone. So, I ended up having partial dentures both sides, upper and lower. I was uncomfortable to smile or laugh. Didn’t feel comfortable to go outside and eat in presence of a larger group of people, and also the lack of chewing proper was creating me some health issues, so I would just eat, you know, very soft foods. I would move away from meat from fruits, vegetables, which created the total inbalance in my body. This happened for years.
Because I feared going to the dentist. I totally feared going to a dentist. When my husband said that he found a dentist, and he went to have a procedure done, and he said he had no pain. I was like, this is the moment where I have to start trusting the dentist again. So I went and made an appointment with Dr. Troyan and he was like a magician.
He took away my fear, my anxiety, from having a dental procedure. Then we sat down and he showed me on the computer and he said, “this is what we have to do to be able for you to regain the possibility to chew regular food and have a smile. This is what we’re going to do.”
So he went with me through every step of the procedures. What we’re going to do first. How are going to do it. How many steps will be. He gave me the options, “you want to do it this way or you wanted it this way.”
It was very exciting to have the arches in, set up the final arches. He checked already to make sure the implants are solid, everything is done. When they took the imprints for the arches. I had a natural gap in the front here and somehow the new ones came was with the gap and I loved it because it looks so natural, because it’s me. It’s not the person who looks like me but has some brilliant teeth, is just me.
I think my smile back is like a new lease on life. I can eat proper. I can smile without fear. I can have a conversation even with a stranger without fearing anything. I feel very comfortable health-wise and cosmetic wise.
