Upload Your PictureSmile Restoration in Three Phases
Phase One: Personalized Consultation
Your journey starts with a custom consultation. We understand that every patient is unique, and so are their goals, timelines, and budgets. During this visit:
- You’ll meet our restorative dental team.
- We’ll evaluate your oral and general health.
- We’ll review your aesthetic and functional goals.
- We’ll determine which option is best for you—full mouth dental implants, removable dentures, or implant-supported dentures.
We use advanced diagnostic tools like our in-house RAYSCAN α+ CBCT scanner to take high-definition 3D images of your jaw in just seconds. These images help us:
- Analyze bone density and nerve positioning.
- Accurately determine your candidacy.
- Create a precise, computer-guided treatment plan using specialized software.
Our consultation process is centered on clarity and trust. You’ll walk away with a full understanding of the recommended treatment, associated steps, and next appointment.
Phase Two: Guided Implant Surgery
On surgery day, your comfort is our top priority. You’ll be welcomed into a private treatment room, and we’ll provide the necessary anesthesia—ranging from local numbing to more advanced options like:
- Oral sedation
- Nitrous oxide (laughing gas)
- IV sedation (for deep relaxation)
We can often perform tooth extractions or bone grafting during the same appointment to minimize your number of visits. Then, using your pre-planned guide, we’ll precisely place each implant.
We use implants from trusted global manufacturers like BioHorizons®, Nobel Biocare™, Z-systems zirconium implants, and Hiossen®. Our team is also certified in the All-on-4® treatment concept, a revolutionary protocol that uses just four dental implants per arch to anchor a complete restoration.
In many cases, we can provide a set of custom-designed temporary teeth immediately after surgery—crafted in-house to ensure a perfect fit and look. This allows you to walk out with a functional and beautiful smile the same day.
Phase Three: Final, Confident Smile
After about three to four months, your implants will fully integrate with your jawbone—a process known as osseointegration. Once healed, we’ll replace your temporaries with your final custom-made prosthetic bridge.
This restoration is carefully crafted to match your facial structure, smile line, and natural shade. The result? A confident, fully functional smile that looks and feels real.

Our Patients Tell The Story Best
Alina
I had multiple issues with my dental needs, because I had cancer and doing chemo I lost a lot of the bone. So, I ended up having partial dentures both sides, upper and lower. I was uncomfortable to smile or laugh. Didn’t feel comfortable to go outside and eat in presence of a larger group of people, and also the lack of chewing proper was creating me some health issues, so I would just eat, you know, very soft foods. I would move away from meat from fruits, vegetables, which created the total inbalance in my body. This happened for years.
Because I feared going to the dentist. I totally feared going to a dentist. When my husband said that he found a dentist, and he went to have a procedure done, and he said he had no pain. I was like, this is the moment where I have to start trusting the dentist again. So I went and made an appointment with Dr. Troyan and he was like a magician.
He took away my fear, my anxiety, from having a dental procedure. Then we sat down and he showed me on the computer and he said, “this is what we have to do to be able for you to regain the possibility to chew regular food and have a smile. This is what we’re going to do.”
So he went with me through every step of the procedures. What we’re going to do first. How are going to do it. How many steps will be. He gave me the options, “you want to do it this way or you wanted it this way.”
It was very exciting to have the arches in, set up the final arches. He checked already to make sure the implants are solid, everything is done. When they took the imprints for the arches. I had a natural gap in the front here and somehow the new ones came was with the gap and I loved it because it looks so natural, because it’s me. It’s not the person who looks like me but has some brilliant teeth, is just me.
I think my smile back is like a new lease on life. I can eat proper. I can smile without fear. I can have a conversation even with a stranger without fearing anything. I feel very comfortable health-wise and cosmetic wise.
